2. Selection of metal materials: All auxiliary materials are made strictly from primary-grade metal supplied by China Steel Corporation (CSC). To ensure traceability of source and quality, Shang Kai Steel can provide material batch certificates for clients, construction supervisors, and engineering teams to verify.

Standardized processes are applied in the manufacturing of auxiliary construction materials: the mesh surfaces remain flat and intact, plaster corner beads have clean and accurate bends, and all product dimensions are controlled within a ±3 mm tolerance. Metal Stay-in-Place Formwork:
Also known as metal high-rib formwork, Shangkai Steel’s stay-in-place formwork is primarily used to support and define the shape and size of cast-in-place concrete areas. Its key feature is that, once the concrete is poured and cured, the formwork remains permanently embedded in the structure. This reduces the cost of formwork removal and is commonly used in structural elements requiring long-term stability.
Steel Lintels:
Shangkai Steel’s steel lintels are mainly used above openings such as doors and windows. They are designed to bear the load of the materials above and provide strength and stability, preventing sagging, cracking, or deformation at structural openings.
2. Base Layer Reinforcement and Adhesion
Reinforced Metal Mesh:
Shangkai Steel’s reinforced metal mesh combines expanded metal mesh with transverse rib structures. It is primarily laid over the substrate before plastering to enhance mortar adhesion and prevent cracking caused by structural movement or temperature variation.
